We use the reliable DHL service to ship your flowers and decorative items. To ensure your floral arrangements arrive in top condition, we ship them insulated and with cooling pads to guarantee freshness.

Important information:

➡ We will inform you by email about the current delivery or pickup status of your order.
➡ Pick up in store : Orders can be picked up directly at our flower shop in Bayreuth.
➡ Local delivery (up to 10 km) : For only 5 € (from 20 € order value), including same-day delivery ( phone number required).
➡ Delivery throughout Germany : We deliver your order throughout Germany via DHL .

🔄 Return

➡ Decorative items: You can return decorative items within 14 days of receiving the goods.
➡ Floral arrangements: Due to their perishable nature, floral arrangements cannot be returned.
